We have access to an in-house 5' x 12' Wemhöner short-cycle melamine press through our sister company Roucke, Inc. Roucke stocks 4x8 melamine in 35 popular colors, but they have access to hundreds of other colors such as Wilsonart and Formica.
Roücke uses a wide variety of substrates to manufacture their melamine. The most popular choice is an industrial grade Western pine particleboard core, but they also offer other specialty cores such as fire-rated particleboard, MDF, and sustainable core options.
